Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

SPIRIT IGNITE TACKLE

No refunds after uniforms have been ordered.

MARCH MAYHEM 2026

Standard Deadline Refunds must be requested at least 30 days before the event start date. Eligible refunds are issued minus a non-refundable processing fee (e.g., 5% or $25, whichever is greater). Inside 30 Days (No Refunds) No refunds will be granted for any reason within 30 days of the event, including schedule conflicts, travel issues, roster changes, or competitive placement. Event Cancellation or Postponement If the tournament is canceled by the host and not rescheduled, teams receive a 100% refund (including processing fees). If the tournament is postponed and you cannot attend the new date, notify us within 7 days of the new date announcement for a full refund. Weather/Force Majeure: If weather or other conditions beyond our control force format changes (e.g., shortened games, fewer games, or venue change), the event is considered played and no refunds apply. If we fully cancel with no play, the “canceled by host” refund above applies.
